Order Processing
Order processing for in-stock items is currently 3-5 business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number . If any item is backordered or requires special processing, you will be notified via email with details of product availability and additional time needed to process your order.
Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.
We stock literally tens of thousands of items, but invariably some will be out of stock
Note: many of our items are imported. If an item you order is out of stock you will be notified.
Delivery time is generally 3 to 6 weeks for out of stock items.
Credit Card purchasers: You will not be charged until your item is shipped to you from Nashville.

- Shipping rates are based on location.
US Orders are $6.75 Canadian Orders are $17.50. All other International Orders are $25. United States: $6.75 Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. - Armed Forces (APO/FPO): $6.75 All orders to our brave men and women both in the
US and overseas are shipped via United States Postal Service. Canada: $17.50 All orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipping generally takes 4- 10 days (you will be supplied a tracking number). Customers will be responsible for any incurred customs or duties. Additional time may be incurred in Customs. - International: $25.00 All orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipping generally takes 4- 10 days (you will be supplied a tracking number). Customers will be responsible for any incurred customs or duties. Additional time may be incurred in Customs.
- In Store Pick-Up: This option is available to local customers near our store in the
Nashville, TN area only. You will see this option during checkout if you live in one of these areas. Please call ahead so that we can have your order ready for pickup!
Returns may be made within 15 days of receipt for full refund (excluding shipping cost)
Returns after 30 days must receive prior approval and will be issued store credit only.
There are no returns on Clearance Items
Claims regarding missing or damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt
USPS tracking information shall be deemed proof of receipt
